    Submission received

    A reference number is assigned. Submission alone does not guarantee review completion or response.

    Completeness check

    Required fields, acknowledgments, and basic organizational information are reviewed.

  3. Step 3

    Mission alignment

    Requests are considered for fit with education, families, culture, skilled careers, and community opportunity.

  4. Step 4

    Documentation & due diligence

    Additional information may be requested. The Foundation may decline without explanation.

    Decision pathway

    Available resources, timing, safeguarding, and expected impact inform any further conversation.
